At the beginning of your video, simply let everyone know who challenged you or tell the world why you’re initiating the challenge yourself. We invite you to share a fact about Dystonia as well to promote even greater awareness.

Let everyone know where in the world you are, challenge three of your friends, and get dancing! You can pick any song you’d like. Even if you’re out of step, you’re sure to have a good time. Just remember to tag your friends and share the video on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook… You name it!
